Course Enrollment and Payment Enrollment is confirmed upon payment of course fees. All prices are in South African Rand (ZAR) and include applicable VAT. Payment must be made in full before course access is granted. We accept major credit cards and electronic fund transfers.
Refund Policy Full refunds are available within 14 days of enrollment if less than 25% of course content has been accessed. After this period, refunds are at our discretion and may be subject to administrative fees. No refunds are provided for completed courses or certification programs.
Course Access and Materials Course access is granted for 12 months from enrollment date unless otherwise specified. Course materials are for personal use only and may not be shared, copied, or distributed. We reserve the right to update course content and materials at any time.
